Refund Policy for Domains

All domain registrations are non-refundable.

If a free domain is included with a hosting plan and the hosting service is later cancelled, the actual domain cost will be deducted from the refundable amount.

If Web Studios is unable to register or deliver a domain within 24 hours, a full refund for the domain purchase will be issued.

Domain prices displayed on our website apply to standard domains only. If a selected domain is identified as a premium domain, you will be informed and offered a refund or account credit.

Domains involved in phishing, malware, spam, or abusive activities may be suspended by the registrar. Such suspended domains are non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Premium NVMe SSD Shared Hosting

Web Studios offers a money-back guarantee on Premium NVMe SSD Shared Hosting plans. If you experience a technical issue and we are unable to resolve it within 72 working hours (Monday to Friday), you may request a refund within the eligible refund period stated at checkout.

The money-back guarantee is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase.

Refund Eligibility Conditions

✔ Only first-time hosting orders are eligible for refund. Renewals are non-refundable.
✔ One refund per customer is allowed.
✔ You must be a new customer of Web Studios.
✔ The hosting service must not be abused or misused.
✔ No chargeback or payment dispute should be opened.
✔ Refund applies only to the base hosting price (addons are non-refundable).
✔ Payment gateway and transaction processing fees are non-refundable.
✔ If a free domain was provided, the domain cost will be deducted from the refund.

Service Cancellation and Refunds

If Web Studios cancels a service without any policy violation, an appropriate refund may be issued.

If a customer violates our Terms of Service or misuses resources, Web Studios reserves the right to suspend the service and deny any refund.

Abusive behavior toward staff or misuse of services may result in immediate termination.
